TN visa & Another Job

Can a TN visa holder find another job and work for 2 companies at the same time? Is it required to inform the concerned authorities abt the another job?


( my husband got a tn visa when he received a job letter from his present company. if he wants to work part time for an another company (same NAFTA profession) during his spare time, can he work??)

He needs a second (or 3rd, 4th, etc) TN, just like the 1st one. he would keep each I-94 as proof of work authorization. Every job he has needs separate TN.

he would not have to inform the companies that he has other TNs, as this is not their business, but the Gov't, which issued the authorization, would know.
