Hi, my wife works in US with an H1-B visa, and I am a Canadian with an H-4 visa. My wife is applying for I-140 recently with my info in the spouse section. If I find a job in US, will the USCIS or POE reject my TN visa application due to my wife’s immigration intention? Thanks.
