I am a Canadian citizen. I have worked on TN (as management consultant) with a vendor for sometime . Can the vendor now file for a L1 or do I need to have worked for that vendor outside the US for a year and only then the vendor can file for my L1. Let me know.
This is an "L" question best asked on the "L" forum, but the simple answer is you need to have worked outside US for the vendor (or its foreign affiliate) for a year.
