Am on TN Visa and my wants to file H1b Visa fr 2007 so my question is H1 can filed from March or april 2007 and Tn Expires by mid of june 07 so if i apply for H1b and proseeing time takes beyond june then what should i do/i mean how can i continue to work after Tn Expiry as my H1 is still be Prosessing.
