OK, I've been working on TN in the US for nearly 10 years.
I'm currently working for Company A with as a CSA/TN. I've invested in a start up (not enough for E2) and now that the company is growing, I would like to resign from Company A and start to work for the startup.
I understand that there are now ways to get an H1B and have some ownership in the startup with some conditions.
However, most cases I've seen discuss H1-b to H1-b. No cases such as mine.
IS there anyone out there with such a case to assist? If yes, provide some references.
Do I have any chances of this being an option for me?
