Can anyone explain Labour process after getting TN in detail ..?

sorry, but for your sponsor (you as beneficiary are not allowed to do this process or be involved in it) must read the whole Labor Cert (PERM) regulations and navigate through this complex process. your odds are not good if your sponsor attempts to do this by themsleves. if you are looking for a lawyer ask them about their success rate and how many have they done since it was implemented.

I thought it is impossible to apply for greencard while on TN. I was told that one should be on H-1B or L-1 in order to be able to apply for greencard? Am I wrong?
 
The H1 to GC route has no complications or timing issues, since H1 was designed to merge into GC.

You do not need EAD or AP, and your h1 renewal is unaffected by any AOS timing issues.

Try this immigration lawyer; etglaw@aol.com. His office is in New York City and his professional fee is very reasonable. This is the lawyer of my friend who's a TN holder.
