TN through mail

I want to apply TN through mail, my new employer never applied TN for any employee, so my first question is do I apply TN through mail by myself, If Yes then what will be the process?

Also for some reason if my new TN got rejected, then still the current TN will be applicable? and I can still work with my current employer or not? as still my current TN valid for next 2 years.

So if new TN got rejected , do this impact the current TN or not?

Thanks

You can prepare the I-129 yourself, but it would be in the mane of the employer, and they would ultimately have to sign the I0129, along with the TN letter of support.
Your current TN is still valid, as long as your I-129 didn't state that you were leaving your first employer.

Thanks Nelsona, how about , if I go the border and my new TN got rejected, can I still work with my current TN(with my Current employer)? kindly reply

You wont get a new TN at border now as your current TN is valid for 2 more years as you mentioned. Typically 2 to 3 weeks before current TN expiry is the good time to go to border for new TN

mj, our poster is looking to get a new TN for a new employer, so obviously, they would grant this regardless of the time left on the original Tn.
As I said, a request for a second TN (by mail or at POE, rejected or successful) has no impact on your current TN. In either case, you would want to keep TN #1 until you officially stop working there.
The only time you would be wiped out of TN is if YOU were discovered to be inadmissible in any status (criminal, filed for green card, etc). This is not your case I presume.

Thanks Nelsona for your kind help, I just want to make sure, if my new TN rejected for any reason related to TN letter or some docs issues, then still my current TN will be valid and I can do my current job... actually I am worried about the current situation.. so if my new TN denied ( reason not related to criminal or filed GC.) still I am able to work with my current employer and I can come to the US? (as my current job is going well and my current TN is valid for next two years). Kindly confirm

I think I've answered that question. Please show me the courtesy of reading my responses and applying a minimum level of discernment.
