TN Support letter

Quick question for the experts on this forum reg. the TN support letter.

Does the letter need to be on the original company stock letterhead? or can it be printed on plain sheet of paper with logos and stuff and signed by the HR rep?

Everyone in the company is working remote and the Legal/HR is unable to access the stock letterhead from company's mailroom so not sure how to guide them on this item.

Its better if you can get original letter on a letter head, however, it can be printed with logos and address etc., on plain whitepaper and see if you can get a copy with original signature on it. Our HR did the same and I had no issues with it at the border.

Every single one of my support letters has had the logo embedded in the document template; none of them used offset-printed letterhead paperstock.

Don't overthink it- if the letter looks professionally prepared, then you're fine. Even if the officer is suspicious, they can call the company and talk to whomever signed the letter.
