TN SciTech Denied (Mexican)

I got a job offer; Job title: FullStack Engineer.

My support letter clearly states with evidence:
- Work for a supervisor with a relevant degree
- Show theoretical knowledge (Two year degree in CS)
- Ability to solve practical problems (5 years of experience in the field)

It was denied because "FullStack Engineer" doesn't match the Scientific Technician category. Isn't the job title irrelevant? The job duties are clearly well met.

Not sure what to do next, I could apply to USCIS and show approval notice on my next consulate interview but other than that, what do?

Your sponsor may need a lawyer to write a better letter. The job title probably should have been avoided.

Sounds difficult. "Engineering" is often understood to mean physical engineering, not computer programming. Best of luck.
