TN process time in Vermont

Hi,
Any body help please?

TN processing time in Vermont SRVC is up to 11/09/06 as of today's posting. But I haven't received my renewal (my receipt notice date is 07/06/06).

I called CIS customer service, they said my employer need to ask for a service request, is that in written or verbal, I lost the concact when I tried to connet our HR director on the phone, so my empoyer need to call again. What should we do now?

Any body has same situation as mine, what happend?
