I'm currently working as a FT employee for a Canadian company. They are ok to send me to US on my request to work for there US OFFICE. Do i need request them with TN or L1 ? any info will be appreciated

L1 would be best, as it allows more freedom in what you work in, if you are married it allows your spouse to work, and is somewhat simpler process if you wish to move to US permanently than TN. TN is quicker to get but that is about it.

There is an L visa board on this site to ask about L1.

You can get L-1A (managers and executives of the company) or L-1B for employees with specialized knowledge. You could try L1B to Green Card in EB2 Catagory..but no idea on the timelines.

TN is a non-immigrant visa.

After my discussion with my canadian employer today , they are not aware of TN or L1 visas. They are incorporated in US with 2 employees who are US citizens .My employer is going to find tax implications and will come back to me and will have next meeting in next 2 weeks time.

1.What is best way that will help my employer and myself to make this process easy?
2. What is this Corp to Corp?
3.I joined this company 7 months back (I'll not be eligible for L1)

Look at a legal website that describes TN process in Detail.

Corp-to-corp, means they are your client, paying you as a contractor (self-employed), no benefits, and you are responsible for taxes etc. Not the best for someone living in the US with no medical, and self-employment tax is high. Better to be an employee, in my opinion, unless you plan to have several "clients".
