Hi Seniors ,

I'm very new to this group and a friend referred me to this group. I'm on TD visa and in Texas. I received offer letter(I.T) today.

1.The full-time offer letter doesn't have end date, is it compulsory to have a End Date?
2.My title on Job Letter is Quality Assurance Analyst , This comes under Computer System Analyst), Do Computer System Analyst has to be mentioned ?
3.I only have offer letter under my name , is this enough or Do I need to address separate offer letter to U.S customs?
4.My joining date is end of nov 2021, how early should i go to Border?

Any help is really appreciated

As you will now note, company offer letters are almost NEVER valid for TN. You NEED a TN specific letter.
1. It is required to either have an end date three years or less from the day you go to border.
2. The letter should say which TN category is being requested.
3. It should be to DHS/CBP, but if that was the only thing, it would pass.
4. Any time now -- once you get a proper letter -- should be fine

Thanks Nelsona, I'll request employer to add 1. End Date = Three Years or Less 2. Category = Computer System Analyst.
3. I will skip 3 (should be to DHS/CBP) if they are not comfortable

Their offer letter is fine. It's an offer letter.

They need to write you a separate TN letter.
