TN Mgmt Consultant status revoked - urgent issue - help?

Hi. I applied and was accepted for a TN VISA under a company I helped formed in 2008 for 1 yr. In re-applying issues came up with the agent at the border when I attempted to do an early re-application. They requested new info, which I provided, tehn the issue of where I live, how long, etc... came up. This coupled with issues on the corp. structure of company A that I worked for made them revoke based on stating that I was self-employed and not a consultant, etc... I can not go to another border because I feel that info on my file will open up additional issues. Any advice on how to reorganize for another TN, even with the challenges of being hassled now because of over-zealous border guards who twisted and turned things to suit their agenda.

Need advice quickly, and hopefully with info to shed light on this s***** situation.

I agree. It is an issue that so far many lawyers have all suggested different ways to rectify it. If I border hop they have records so it will only make matters worse. Exploring lots of ways, but thanks for the ideas so far. I need change employers due their concerns, which they have not been very clear on.
