I have been working from 2015 - up to June 2021 on TN under the Management Consultant category -
(a) Bachelor of Commerce Degree(from India) (b) 2 years Diploma in Computer Software(India) - + around 10 certifications (Microsoft / IBM/Oracle/SUN)
(c) around 15+ years of Consulting in North America
In fact on my last visit to the border in 2020-Jan - I had a good Officer who mentioned to me that I could easily file under CSA (based on credentials) instead of Management Consultant - nevertheless he did give me the TN under Management Consultant.
I now have a full time role in New York ...almost at the last leg with Lawyers - trying to file in CSA.
Per lawyers my chances of getting a TN under the CSA category after having so many TN's (under Management Consultant category) are very bleak.
They are actually asking me to go back to have all my employment letters re-issued by my previous employers to give a detailed description of my duties..
I have several employment letters - the employment letters just state the tile and period of employment ..its practically impossible to go back to the previous employers and have them re-issue me new employment letters...
Has anyone here has had any luck with getting a TN under CSA after prior TN under Management Consultant.
