TN mail-in filing fee

I know the I-129 says the Employer must submit payment is there anything in the regulations that states they can or cannot recoup the fee from the employee?
 
There is no regulation -- unlike H1 trainging fee and some fees associated with PERM -- which prevents employer from making the employee pay for I-129.

Even the payment can come directly from the employee.
 
I used to do it online and use my own credit card - cash is cash - they don't seem to care where it comes from, other than the H1.
 
Thanks guys, I tried to get them to do the filing online. I guess I work for a "technical" job shop that has no one in their H.O. that has ever heard of 'e-commerce'. :(
