TN long term employer

Hi All

Last week I got my 3rd TN extension successfully.
I have quick question.

I have been working for same employer and client from last 6 years.

Officer asked me multiple times, what are you doing for the same company such long time ?

Is this not normal ? Do we have to keep changing employer after any specific time period?
 
He was just trying to spook you, The longer you are on TN, the better prrof that you are not immigrating. Don;t worry. There is no limit,
