anyone knows how to draft a TN letter for a part time job? How to indicate the income if it is paid by hour? just hourly rate on the TN letter?

The letter is like any other TN letter, only the numbr of hours per week and pay rate would be mentioned.

Thank you Nelsona. Is there a minimum hourly rate or minimum work hour requirement. For an Electrical Engineer, is $50/hour and 20 hours a week good enough to get a TN at the border?

There are no minimums, other than minimum wage laws. So long as they do not believe that you will try to work under the table, you will be fine.
