TN Labor Certification question

I do not have my approved Labor Certification, my employer does.

Where on the LC does one find the " category " one filed under ? I am looking to see if it was filed " third preference skilled worker ", or otherwise.
My employer cannot locate this category on the form.

Does anyone have a LC handy they could tell me what page, section, number, block, etc. where one could find the " category ", so I could tell the employer where to look....??

ETA form 9089 Section H. Q.4 Education:minimum level required, if the box for Master's is checked or Bachelor's box is checked and Q.6 is checked yes along with Q.6A 60 months
if either of two are present it is EB2 otherwise EB3
