TN holder full time employment status changed to Virtual (WFH)

Hello,

I have been working on TN since 2016, recently our company closed our office but still have our head-office located with US. My status on ADP shows as "Virtual" employee. Would that cause any issue if I become a virtual employee (Work from Home) on my TN Status.

No. If you are in US, you will be on TN. If you are outside US, you don't even need TN.
