TN->GC for Mexican citizens?

Hi,

I just had my TN approved for a second year. My employer also filled for an H1B but I didn't win the lottery this year . I saw the post about TN to green card (http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=152852), really good and useful post.
Does anybody know if TN to GC also applies to Mexican citizens? Is there any documented case? Would be any difference in the process?
I'm a Mexican citizen with Bachelor's and Master's from major Mexican universities and 10 years experience.

There is no difference in the TN->GC scenario for Mexicans vs. cdns, except that often the queue for EB is longer for Mexicans as they are often over-subscribed (like Indian, Chinese, and Filipino).

Since you have a Master's degree and 10 yrs experience, try to qualify for an EB2 category. Priority date for EB2/Mexico is current as of Jun07 visa bulletin. Good Luck!
