TN for dentist

hello:
I am a Canadian dentist who wants to work in California. I already have a California dental License so all I need is a job offer, and a work visa. I would like to apply for a TN so I can start working asap, and so I can avoid the whole sponsorship problem.

One dentist who may offer me a job to work in his clinic wants me to become incorporated so his incorporation can hire me through my incorporation.

Another dentist wants me to apply for a business license so I can work with them as an independent contractor.

Can I still apply for an TN visa if I am an independent contractor or an incorporation while working for an US clinic?
 
Dentist is a TN-qualified profession.

The manner in which you are paid does not affect TN, but you need to be sponsored, and all your work would have to be done on behalf of that sponsor(s).

You would be crazy not to incorporate, for liability reasons at the very least.
