Hello, folks, I have I-129 pending with Vermont Service Center now. Does anybody know what I can do if denied? Can I still go to the border to seek an approval by CBP before my current TN expires?
Sure. But they will have the denial in file, but if your denial is for some technical reason, you would be better off answering the denial, and your grace period would continue.
