TN explain to employer

How can you convince an employer, that TN visa is not too hard to get. The employers get scared when you said you don´t have a H1 visa or work authorization.

Any link or reasonable explanation?

Find a new employer if your prospective employer is balking. It's an employees market out there don't sell yourself short
