TN employee quit and now working somewhere else

We just had a TN employee resign last week and they are working for a different company without the proper credential. Meaning, we're pretty sure that the new company did not sponsor them for a new TN, and they are still working under our TN as it does not expert for another few months.

Who should we notify at INS or what number to report this to?
 
You can write a letter to the USCIS (use the address from the approval notice that you received) that the job for this individual has ended. If you info about this individual is correct, he is clearly working illegally.
 
Correct. You are not liable by regulation to do this. But as a good corporate citizen, help kick the bum out.

Do you know for certain that they di not get a TN at the border?
