TN Denied twice under CSA Category

Hello !!

Applied TN under CSA category as my job Title is Platform Architect. I went to Ogdensburg POE but they wanted my company to have the Support Letter ink signed . I was asked to come back and during the next visit they are now saying you're over qualified and you should not be applying under CSA as you don't qualify.
My employer explained the role and responsibilities that aligns with the CSA roles and responsibilities but not sure what is wrong here. I have masters in the computer field with the WES US assessment.
It's a horrible and stressful experience. Now they are asking me to apply online through service center under uscis and asked me not to visit any poe as it will have negative impact.

Which category I should apply if my company agrees to file I-129 under the uscis. Is it better to hire a immigration lawyer for my TN filing ?

Wet ink? Over qualified? These are weird comments to hear and it sounds like you've run afoul of some difficult officers.

I have not shown a wet ink signature in 5 years. "Should not be applying under CSA" .. sounds like the job letter is either not match to the CSA category, or, they don't believe it's a bona fide job letter.

Yes, you definitely want hire a lawyer. Probably a lawyer who has experience walking into that POE as they are more likely to be aware of the attitudes in that particular office.
