TN and then visitor

Hello fellow CDNs,

I exited the US and returned my TN permit in 2011

I reentered the US as a regular visitor to collect my things. Initially, I meant to exit again immediately. However, for personal financial reasons, decided to stay a few months but not planning on any stay exceeding 3 months. I also am not planning on reentering the US anytime in the forseeable future.

Is this considered to be over 183 days allowed by law?

Was on TN for a major portion of the year and as a visitor for up to 3 months

Hopefully, I'm not breaking any laws since they are 2 different permits but would like some advice

Lat time I looked at caledar, 3 months was only 90 days or so. Each undocumented entry on B2 is for 180 days, so how could this be overstay?
