Title change Developer to Manager

Hi
Currently i am working as a Sr Developer and got a new job offer as Developer Manager with a good salary hike.No clue regarding Ac21 please any input will be great help.Here is my info.
PD Dec 2003 EB 3
I 140 485 filed June 2004
I140 APPROVED Mar 2005
3 EAD 3 AP Approved
6 yrs H1 completed
