Title change consequences

The title on my EB3 labor is Programmer/Analyst, recently I have joined a new company and my title now is Software Engineer. The company may promote me to Sr Software Engineer or Tech Lead, will there be any consequences? I have not filed AC21 and my 485 case is pending (NC cleared).

Please let me know your inputs.

File AC21, its important. Different job title is ok, but job duties should be same/similar.

There is a job code should be same......

Find out job code in labor... and find out what job/titles are entitled for that code...

I belive you you should be ok..
