Title and Salary change - AC21 OK?

I got an opportunity and they are willing to do AC21 but they are not willing to give exact same job title as my 750A. They are OK with keeping exact same job description. How much risk I will have with this? Salary is also going to increase 40% from the 750A, is this a problem?

I have a title of Sr. Systems Analyst and the new offer is for Sr. Software engineer, PLEASE help and guide me.

Salary increase should not be of any problem. The designation may vary from company to company. You said your job description will be same so to my knowledge you should not have any problems with switching under AC-21 rule.
