Title and Job Description

Hello everyone..

I have just started filing for a PERM..I have BS+ 9 yrs. SAP consulting experience and am currently a team lead.

Can this qualify for EB2?

If yes, whats a suitable title for this position ( Sr. Architect/Sr. Developer/Team Lead) - My lawyer is an idiot and is asking me to figure this out

Senior Developer sounds fine. Make sure the job requires a minimum of BS+5 yrs. Avoid having alternative min. job requirements. This should be able to help you to get through PERM.

PERM EB2 Job Title

For PERM EB2 the designation many Attornies prefer and got approved too is CONSULTANT. This is acceptable to Labor guys too. I know many including that of mine got approved with CONSULTANT. Now it is your shot. Good Luck...

There is no such term or job title in DOL/INS world as "Consultant". (It prevails only in the bodyshopping world) .Even your H1 will not get approved if you put consultant as job title.
