Go to http://travel.state.gov and read the instructions. You can fill the form out online and print it (before you are naturalized). Get your pictures taken before the ceremony as well.
The fastest way (if you have proof of imminent travel, and you live near one of the State Departments "agencies") is to make an appointment at one of those right after your ceremony. You can get your passport in about a day or two.
If you go to a post office that accepts passport applications (http://www.usps.com), you can apply normally or "expedited". Expedited is supposed to take two weeks, but apparently is taking up to 4 these days. Normal processing is about 10 weeks (I think).
