I received approval for my 10 yr greencard on May 03 but realized they put the wrong country on it. I sent the card back with an I-90 around the 26th of May. It has been almost 4 months and I have gotten nothing back. Should it take this long?

It take about 1 year and for sure few exceptions are there.
