timeline for sponsering Parents and brother ?

Hi,

what is the current timeline for US citizens to sponser their parents and siblings ? should we go by the "Visa Bulletin" and look under family based preferences ?

any pointers to the steps involved ?
now that I am a US citizen, want to think about these options now.

Parents of US citizens are immediate relatives and are therefore not subject to numerical quotas or priority date waits. Siblings are FB4, and face a priority date wait of over a decade.

you should go to the USCIS and check the PD for your service center.
