Timeline for reentry

Hi,

My father is with me here in USA and has a valid 6 months I-94.he as a 10 year multiple entry visa. But due to some family issues he needs to travel back to india for 2weeks and come back. IS it possible for hime to travel back to India and come back without any problem in the port of entry.
