Timeframe for RFE Aproval?

If I get a RFE and I reply to it on March 31st 2004, when should I expect the case to be approved/disapproved. My web search shows that it can take anywhere from few weeks to several months. But realistically, can someone give a narrow range of timeframe that is most likely.

When you say "RFE Dec 2002" is that when you received the RFE or when they recveived the requested documents from you? What was the approx. date?

After I receive my RFE, I envision at least a month for me to get an appt. with my lawyer and then prepare the documents etc. - 2 months total. At least, this is how it has been in the past.

One more example

I guess "HateINS2" means that they recieved the reply in Dec 2002.

Anyways, I am here too. Over 6 and a half months since they recieved the reply... Still hanging in there. By the way, there is little possiblity of my name hitting their security database alert but this is the way, things are
