Time to send N-400

Hi,

(Regarding District or State Residence 3 months frame)

I come back from my last overseas trip on April 3,2007, Do I have to wait 3 months [July 4, 2007] to send my application N-400 or can I send it any time form today?

Note that - My GC dated June 2002 and
- I am residence in same district since 1998
 
Since you've been a resident in the same district since 1998, you do not have to wait the additional 90 days.
