time to Reply for RFE

Hi Yasmine,

The time period to send the reply back to USCIS wiil be clearly mentioned on the RFE notice. In my case, they asked to send the reply within 84 days of the RFE notice date.

Please talk to your attorney for details.
 
Hi StatusFinder,
Response to my EB2 I-140 RFE was received by CSC on 02/11/2004 and LUD changed twice after that, but there was no change in the message. I have no sign of approval yet. Any reason? Thanks
