Time to get RFE via mail??

The AVM says RFE sent on Nov 1, 2001, but as of 11/14/01, my attorney has not received this.

Questions:
1. How long does it take to get the RFE letter (recent cases please...)?
2. What next if mail not received? Can we mail assuming what RFE is for?

from my reading posts in a few sites, most of cases received REF in a week to 10 days

in 14 days if you do not receive the REF.. your RD?

my AVM said: "in 14 days if you do not receive the REF, you can
call INS during business hours..."

I think you could call them tomorrow to avoid further delaying in your
I-485 processing if you do not get it today.

by the way, what are your RD/ND?

mine: RD 09/05/00 ND 09/25/00
