time to get oath letter after iinterview

Hi,
I am keen to know how long it takes to get the oath letter after the interview at The Minneapolis/St.paul DO. Any help with a response would be appreciated.

I haven't received oath letter since May 1st interview

N-400 received date: October, 2006
NSC - Detroit
First FP: November 2006
Second FP: March 2008
Interview: May 1 2008
Oath letter: ???

usually they have up to 120 or 140 days to send you a letter for an Oath, but hopefully it will be a lot sooner cause i am still waiting from August 29th
