I only have 3 weeks left on a I-94 that admitted me for 3 months.
I have been staying with my Australian girlfriend who is working on an E3, I have on the lookout for suitable roles myself to allow me to work here also. I had some issues that CBP the last time I entered and the advice of the agent was to find a job to allow me to stay.
If I leave in 3 weeks, I will loose all momentum, incur cost and also I am worried that due to the amount of time I have spent in the US in the last year, I may have issues attending for an interview etc.
On the other hand, if I apply for an extension, which may be denied in a few months, if I found a role in the intervening period would it complicate the E3 ?
