Time period between stay in US and revisit to USA

Hi
I have a question regarding my parents re-entry
Their I-94 stamp ends on Aug 19th (they have a 10 yr B2 visa on their passport).

They plan on going back to India way ahead of Aug 19th and returning to the US in a month's time.Would this cause an issue at the Port of entry?Ie what questions would they have to face?Also would they get another 6 month I-94?

Please help since this is very important.
