Time Frame to join a Transferred Company

Hi .I am currently working in Company A and Company B applied my H1Transfer and now i got approved. Is there any time frame within what time i need to join company B as this is an H1b Transfer. I was hearing from some people that you should join company B before 1 month from the day of approval otherwise the transfer is not effective. pls guide me

Kindly help.This is urgent.
 
There is no rule that you should join with in a month of approval in new company.Remember if you cross the country then it really matters.

Thanks siva for your reply. One more small clarification. After joining Company B and generating 2-3 pay slip I can go back to India and come to US with Company A's Visa and Company B Approval notice right Or it is sure that i again need to get stamped. I have my old visa till 2009.
 
as long as your visa is valid you can travel to india and come back with out any issues, be sure to carry all your h1b approved parpers along with payslips while you are travelling
