I am doing a J1 waiver.My H1 is expiring in 6 months,can someone please tell me how and when should I renew my H1?Is this renewal subject to the Cap?
Also, after completing 5yrs in a HPSA what should I do/file to get GC?I have an EAD which I am renewing every year.I s there a rough time line for the processes of things under the NIW to the GC??
