My case is pretty similar to you. My PD is current.

My I-140/AP first got approved in April, 2006. Renewed in Mar, 2007 again.
Filed I-485 in Feb, 2006.
Case got transferred from VSC --> TSC.
NC got cleared in June, 2006.

I have few LUDs on I-485 - 07/18/07, 07/19/07, 07/23/07, 07/24/07.
LUDs on I-131 - 01/27/08

Still waiting for the good news.

After a long time per NSC (2 officers confirmed on different dates) my case is assigned to an officer after one and a half years of additional/extended review. That was 2 weeks ago. They asked me to wait for 3 weeks to a month. All along my case was current. Let me know of your progress. My PD is 2000(EB3) RD 2004.

Phew .. How are you manging to hold on to same or similar job since applying your labor in 2000 !! You have lot of patience.
