to prove maintanence of residence, when they say that u have to prove it, i know its best to get as many proof for that as possible, so far the only one that i can think or obtain are tax returns.
when it says, if u can prove that ur immediate family stayed behind, actually does 'immediate family" refer to just ur spose and kids? i was unmarried at that time, my dad, my sis and her family stayed in america, my mom was still in my native country. can i use my dad and sis being in america to my advantage? if so how do i prove their stay ?
or does it only apply for wife and kids ?
