Tier 3 ???

Guys have anybody thought whether there is any TIER 3 or higher which will directly go to the service center IIO
 
There is no tier 3 but an Exception broker...

Tier 2 can call the VSC directly if needed...

I don't think Tier2 can call vsc directly.

Earlier I had a problem in my case. Briefly we lost RFE notice in mail. I spoken with nice Tier2 person. He told me that there is no way to contact vsc regarding my case.
 
Tier 2 told me the same thing, and just gave me TSC's fax number. They said they can send an email to TSC, but it will take over a month before they get to it, so its just faster to send a fax.
