Three months before 3-yr GC to send in N400?

Hi, all,
I apologize if I am repeating this question -- my 3-yr mark is next Janurary. Based on marriage to a US citizen, I am eligible to send in my N-400. Question is when I can send it in? I didn't see anything on USCIS website, but I heard people saying 3 months before?
Much appreciated!

You can send in your application up to 3 month before you have reached 3 years of continuous residence as a LPR. However, you must have been married to a US citizen for at least 3 years before you apply.

Note: USCIS interprets 1 month to mean 30 days under this rule, so 3 months means 90 days.

You can send it 90 days (not 3 months!) before your 3rd anniversary provided that at the time of application you were married for at least 3 years (and not 3 years - 90 days).

and the spouse has to be a citizen for 3 years too. If she got naturalized 3 month ago, that is not eligible

If she naturalized 3 months ago he would not be eligible to receive his GC based on marriage to a US citizen 3 years ago :)

Thank you guys! You are all so resourceful!! 90 days! Awesome! Yeah, we have been married for almost 4 years and he has had his citizenship for 20+ years. I haven't moved or spent much time overseas since my GC. I am ready to go! Thank you all again!
