RD 4/9/2001, ND 4/26/2001, WAC-01-167-50xxx, residing in Santa Clara, CA, near San Jose. Not yet received FP notice even today i.e. 19th July ( checked my mail just now at 4:30 p.m. ).

RD 4/9/2001, ND 4/26/2001, WAC-01-167-50xxx, residing in Santa Clara, CA, near San Jose. Not yet received FP notice even today i.e. Friday the 20th July ( checked my mail just now at 5:30 p.m. ). Looks like INS has stopped mailing FP notices since I have not seen any notices over the last 4 days. My and my wife\'s last names start with \'S\'.

ND: 03/12/01, wac-01-126****, No FP yet????!!!!
Just talked to an IIO, was told that our case has not been assigned to an officer yet. Only after been assigned to officer, they will issue FP notice. Is that true?
