Looks like there is only a handful of us with RD Mar 2003 from this forum!! Most others have probably been approved.

yes.. looks like it...
My PD of 11 April 2002 got current... I hope I get some news now atleast ...

hay guys...I have a PD of April 02 and I was hoping that my 485 might be picked up very soon. My 485 Rd is Feb 2002 and now kind of I am thinking that it will be a while before anything happens....coz USCIS website still shows the 485 processing date of Jan 01, 2003.

I am just wondering if you guys have any idea which RD cases are cleared after Jan 03.

Appreciate your help,

I thought that for the retrogressed cases they are looking at the PD to get current... RD is not a big factor in such cases.... so if you are current on PD, you can get approved irrespective of the RD....

At least thats what the trends look like here.... with cases getting approved having RD in later half of 2003.

That only sounds fair to me...for example in my case I started GC process back in 2002 and using PD would help to prioritize what gets processed. Coz if they only used RD then old timers may not be treated fairly.

Ofcourse we all know how orderly the real world is with there processing times
