Thread for EB3, RD/ND <= 6/30/99, NO RFE and NO Approval

I have seen a lot of people getting either RFE or approvals with RD/ND of March-Aug 99. Lets use this thread to see many EB3\'s
are left without any information.

Try to post info inthe subject in following format.

RD - 6/7/99 ND - 6/28/99 FP 4/5/00 NO RFE

Spoke with IO last Friday. he says my case is pending. I do not know what it means.

Here is the whole list of people who is waiting.

I talked to IIO y\'day, same old bull S..., 4-6 weeks. I think
these IIO reads from computer whatever we hear on telephone system.
She said it is with officer and who might have been on vacation.
How long he/she can go on vacation. She said that she doesn\'t have
the personal schedule of officer. God knows what is goin on with all
these people who have applied in May\'99.

If you need to be added to this list please post your info, I will
update it. There is nothing better I can do other than sharing agony
and pain here.

PD 3/96, RD 5/20/99, ND 6/15/99, FP 4/00, Still Waiting.... When last I talked with an IIO (a couple of days ago) he said my case was in Final Adjudication. Said it could take 2 months more. ???? Final Adjudication takes that long?

EB3 PD 02/96 RD 04/02/99 ND 05/10/99 No News so far. Everytime I speak to IIOs they say case is under review and
will here something in 4-5 weeks, Leave about 4-5weeks, its 4-5 months now still the same response.

I and my wife did FP 0n 08/18 .
I called FBI today to check the FP status. FBI person told me that FP have been completed and sent back to VSC at the same day?
Does this mean that FP has been cleared?

ND 09/2000

One more question, anyone has any guess how long we may have to wait for the final approval.
This board has been our info center. I really appreciate all of your guys who have been putting input to this board.

Spoke to II today, here it goes the conversation:
      Myself: I want to know the status of I485, I see the approvals from AUG\'99 and I haven\'t heard anything on mine, why
   is
      taking so
                      long
      II: I know who has the case, this particular officer is too slow and takes his own time
      Myself: Aim very concerned became I see approvals of Aug. and Aim waiting from Feb\'96 and I haven\'t heard anything,
                     can you influence the officer...?
      II: I will inform the officer\'s supervisor, this is way too behind. Give it like 30days, you should hear something.
      Myself: For the past 3 months they are saying 4-5 weeks and I haven\'t heard anything so far.
      II: Unfortunately I cannot do anything with the case but, I\'ll inform the supervisor. Its just the time the officer is
   taking,
      there
                      should not be any problems. This officer is too slow and the case is already assigned to the officer.

   I think we should call them up regularly, this is ridiculous, Dammit, every step in the process is getting stuck..
